Does not wash off easily, turns skin white, and fell bad to wear compared to other sunscreens.

What age can a baby use?

Hi Sheryl,
According to FDA guidelines, our sunscreen can be used on infants 6 months or older. If you’d like to use any sunscreen on infants younger than 6 months, I would recommend you check with the baby’s primary healthcare professional.

Is this product gluten-free? (We have Celiac Disease and pediatrician recommended avoiding sunscreen with gluten in case it gets into the mouth.)

Hi Lindsey,
Though all of our products’ ingredient lists are gluten-free and manufacturing lines are thoroughly cleaned between production runs, the facilities that manufacture our products are not certified gluten-free facilities. I hope that helps, but please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@allgoodproducts.com if you have any more questions.

What is the difference between your normal sunscreen lotion and kid’s lotion?
Upvote if this was helpful (0) Downvote if this was not helpful (0) Watch Unwatch Flag for removal
Pancho –
Hi Kane,
Our SPF 30 Sport Sunscreen Lotion contains organic green tea, rose hips & buriti oil for repairing damaged skin, whereas our SPF 30 Kid’s Sunscreen Lotion contains organic chamomile to soothe sensitive skin. While the Kid’s sun care items may be a little more comfortable for sensitive skin and the Sport could help mitigate against free radicals, both sun care lines are adequate for people of all ages 🙂

My daughter’s skin breaks out with every sunscreen we’ve tried. In fact, I was hesitant to purchase this because I assumed it would be like all the others we’ve tried. It’s incredible! Not only does it work well, her skin hasn’t reacted AT ALL to this! We’ve used it almost daily for a few weeks now and I will most definitely repurchase! She uses the lotion and spray and both are great!

Hello,
I have been using this Sunscreen for years, even though I left my childhood years long ago …
The new “formula” of this sunscreen is truly wonderful: it gets absorbed very quickly, it is almost odorless, it’s light, and leaves no trace or oil or grease. And it only requires a small amount, thanks to its quick abortion.
I highly recommends this product!

I almost bought this. But Arachidyl Glucoside is PEANUT derived. This is NOT stated on the label. My kid is anaphylactic allergic to peanuts. NOT impressed.

Hi Brooke. The Arachidyl Glucoside in our products is not peanut derived. The Arachidyl Glucoside is a natural emulsifying agent that is sourced from Gluten Free Wheat Seeds, and the Arachidyl Alcohol in our Kid’s Sunscreen is a natural stabilizer sourced from verified non-GMO Rapeseed.
I hope that helps clear things up in case you’re still interested in trying out our sunscreen 🙂

Is this fine for a 1 year old?
Upvote if this was helpful (0) Downvote if this was not helpful (0) Flag for removal

Hi there 🙂 It should work well for a 1 year old. Everyone has different needs, sensitivities, and allergies, so we always encourage parents to check in with their little ones’ pediatricians about any questions or concerns before using our products.

Hi Heidi 🙂
Our Sport Sunscreen contains green tea extracts to provide antioxidants, which can help prevent skin damage. Instead of green tea extract, our Kids Sunscreen has chamomile extract to help soothe sensitive skin.

Personally, I wish this product came in a bigger size. It’s a bit pricey plus shipping to only get 3oz. worth of product. The other thing is their sunscreens must not match with my skin ph because I’ve tried a couple and they don’t smell good on — it does its job though.

I have used all the AG sun products now and I can’t think of anything I would want in the way of a new product. This product is not greasy which is huge if you do any sort of water/outdoor sport or hike. It goes on smoothly, goes a long way, and stays on pretty much all day. It doesn’t melt, run, or irritate your eyes in any way even with a helmet on. It also rubs in to be almost clear, something that most mineral screens don’t do very well. It is hard to say whether I like this or the spray better but I am so glad I found AG and that you guys continue to improve and care about people and the environment.

We’ve tried several brands (Goddess Garden, Honest, Supergoop and more) and this is the only one the kids (ages 11-1) don’t complain about. It rubs in well and is unscented– the 2 qualities I’ve been searching for! Our new go to for daily sunscreen needs

Is this sunscreen considered vegan? Does it contain animal byproducts?

Hi Carol,
Our Kid’s Sunscreen Lotion is considered vegan and does not contain animal byproducts, though it is not certified vegan. All of our products are certified Leaping Bunny, however.
Though most of our products are vegan, our SPF50+ Sun Butters, SPF 30 Sunsticks, and All Good Goop contain beeswax. We source our beeswax from Glorybee, a B-Corp-certified company that prioritizes the health of their bees along with socially and environmentally responsible initiatives.

Can babies use this product? How young?

Hi Kassandra,
This product should be adequate for your little ones older than 6 months. That said, we would recommend you consult with your pediatrician to sign off on using it as they’d be best acquainted with your children individually 🙂
