Our SPF 30 Tinted Mineral Sunscreen lotion protects against a broad spectrum of UVA/UVB rays and is water resistant for 80 minutes. This popular product was made with plant based ingredients that are lightweight and non-greasy. To go the extra mile, this product will also hydrate and repair skin. All good, indeed.

Benefits from our Tinted Mineral Sunscreen

  • Topical mineral sunscreen for face or body
  • UVA/UVB broad spectrum sun protection
  • Oxybenzone-free, made with only Reef Friendly ingredients
  • Water Resistant (80 minutes)

Head’s up! This product is made with iron oxides, which have been known to leave a stain on light, and particularly WHITE fabrics. If you’re rocking tinted sunscreen, try to avoid rubbing your face or body on light-colored clothing, towels, and furniture. Check out our FAQs for ways to remove tinted sunscreen stains.

Description

Not all sunscreens are created equal. Made from a reef-friendly non-nano zinc oxide and botanical ingredients, our popular SPF 30 Tinted Mineral Sunscreen Lotion is super hydrating and easy to rub in thanks to a blend of organic coconut oil, jojoba oil, and shea butter. Not to be confused with make-up, this tinted sunscreen blends in seamlessly with most skin tones thanks to a dash of iron oxides. This face and body sunscreen doesn’t leave your skin chalky or greasy, won’t clog your pores (sensitive skin, rejoice!), and organic ingredients like green tea, rose hips, and buriti oil actually repair damaged skin from sunburn and windburn. And since it’s a mineral-based sunscreen, you can expect full spectrum protection against UVA and UVB rays and water-resistant protection for 80 minutes. Now, how many sunscreens can do THAT?

This amazing product is made from non-nano zinc oxide and botanical ingredients making it reef and body friendly. This popular product is also super hydrating, easy to rub in and blends in seamlessly with most skin tones. No more feeling chalky or greasy from other sunscreens, this product will leave you feeling fabulous. To make it even better, it has full spectrum protection against UVA/UVB rays and is waterproof for 80 minutes.

GOOD CARE

Because zinc sits on top of your skin rather than absorbing into it, zinc sunscreens can be tricky to get off of fabric. Our Mineral Tinted Sunscreens are made with iron oxides to blend seamlessly with most skin tones. This means that they can leave a mark on light, and particularly WHITE fabrics. If this happens to you, use household soap or dish soap and scrub the garment before washing with normal instructions. For specific cleaning instructions, see our FAQ’s page.

reef friendly

Unlike conventional chemical sunscreens that are harmful to humans and marine life, All Good mineral sunscreen products are made with the active ingredient, zinc oxide. Zinc oxide is a topical, non-nanoparticle, mineral-based ingredient that sits on top of your skin and won’t absorb into your body; it is one of only two ingredients that has been FDA-approved for general recognition of safety and effectiveness (GRASE)*. All or our All Good reef-friendly suncare products meet broad-spectrum FDA standards and reef safe criteria. Our ingredients do not include chemical UV absorbers, parabens or harmful additives (and especially no octinoxate, oxybenzone, and the other chemicals in the “Awful Eight”).

*The FDA is asking for more safety data on 12 additional active sunscreen ingredients in order to determine whether they can be classified as GRASE. We’ll do our best to keep you informed as soon as we hear more!

      Hello Francesca,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

Our tinted mineral sunscreen can be used on the face and body. I personally love to use it on my face for days when I don’t necessarily want to wear makeup but would like a bit of color correction on my face.

I hope this helps clear things up for you!

      All the Best,
      Alaya

      Hello Joe,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

The FDA requires that broad-spectrum sunscreens pass critical wavelength >370 nm testing, which ours do. We do not have a PF, PA, or Boots Star rating yet. So while we cannot give you a specific percentage of UVA rays protected against like we can with UVB, the broad spectrum testing we do ensures that our sunscreens protect against UVA rays compliant with FDA standards.

Feel free to reach out to us with any additional questions at info@allgoodproducts.com

      All the Best,
      Alaya

      Hello Erica,

Thanks for reaching out to us! Our products are specifically formulated with safe and natural ingredients for sensitive skin but are not technically certified as hypoallergenic. With that said, everyone’s skin reacts differently to new products. Please use your own best discretion or consult a doctor when trying new skincare ingredients if you’re prone to irritation.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

      All the Best,
      Alaya

Where has this been all my adult life???

    Taryn

Most beautiful mineral sunscreen I have ever used. I love that it gives me a slight glow instead of looking ghostly white. It’s not greasy, but it’s moisturizing and best of all it’s not going to harm the environment. Love it!

Loving the tented, reef safe sunblock

    Shannan Ulrich (verified owner)

This is an amazing sunblock. I am a avid , light skinned scuba diver and in the ocean often, who can only use zinc. To have it tented is a game changer. No more white all over. Thx for making such a great product that keeps me from looking like a vampire and nor a lobster.

      Hi Fabienne,

We do not have any immediate or current plans to launch an SPF 50 Tinted Lotion, but it has been a product idea on our radar.

      Stay tuned 🙂

      Jenny

      Hi Vanessa,

Our SPF 30 Tinted Sunscreen Lotion is water resistant for up to 80 minutes, so a little less than the 1.5-hour surf session.

For water activities, we typically recommend using our SPF 50 Sun Butters as they hold up a bit better than the SPF 30s – though the Sun Butters also are water resistant for up to 80 minutes.

If you are able, we would recommend reapplying sunscreen before the end of the 1.5-hour surf session.

      Hi Kirsten,

Yes, this is safe to use while pregnant. We craft all of our products with extreme care to ensure that each individual ingredient supports the other and has purposeful meaning in its incorporation.

We do recommend reaching out to your primary care doctor if you have any specific questions about using this sunscreen while pregnant.

      Hi there!

Our tubes for our tinted sunscreen lotion are #5 80% post-consumer recycled Polypropylene. The PCR PP we’re using is North American sourced and is itself recyclable.

We recommend ensuring all of the sunscreen is out of the tube before recycling, and it is always good to check what is recyclable in your municipality/area.
