Nothing says “I love you” like sharing your sunscreen. Our 1 gallon refill size of SPF 30 Sport Mineral Sunscreen Lotion is great for groups, refilling containers or anyone looking to cut back on plastic use. Our popular sport sunscreen covers the basics (broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection and water-resistant), while being extra hydrating, easy to rub in, and without leaving your skin chalky or greasy. It blends in clear and repairs damaged skin from sun and wind burns. We also go the extra mile with a commitment to reef-friendly, botanical ingredients. All good, indeed.

Things that are great to share: pizza, good news, sunscreen. Made from a reef-friendly blend of zinc oxide and botanical ingredients, our popular SPF 30 Sport Mineral Sunscreen Lotion comes in a gallon family jug for people who love to share (or hate single-use plastic). This mineral-based sunscreen sits on top of your skin (instead of seeping into it) and offers full-spectrum protection against UVA and UVB rays and water-resistant protection for 80 minutes.
It’s made from a blend of organic coconut oil, jojoba oil, and shea butter so it’s extra hydrating and easy to rub in. It doesn’t leave your skin chalky or greasy, won’t clog pores, and blends in clear (trust us, we’ve field tested with our own picky families). The cherry on top is organic ingredients like green tea, rose hips, and buriti oil that actually repair damaged skin from sunburn and windburn. Who wouldn’t want 1 gallon of this wonder sunscreen?

*Certified Organic Ingredient
Unlike conventional chemical sunscreens that are harmful to humans and marine life, All Good mineral sunscreen products are made with the active ingredient, zinc oxide. Zinc oxide is a topical, non-nanoparticle, mineral-based ingredient that sits on top of your skin and won’t absorb into your body; it is one of only two ingredients that has been FDA-approved for general recognition of safety and effectiveness (GRASE)*. All or our All Good reef-friendly suncare products meet broad-spectrum FDA standards and reef safe criteria. Our ingredients do not include chemical UV absorbers, parabens or harmful additives (and especially no octinoxate, oxybenzone, and the other chemicals in the “Awful Eight”). What’s good for Nemo is good for you.
*The FDA is asking for more safety data on 12 additional active sunscreen ingredients in order to determine whether they can be classified as GRASE. We’ll do our best to keep you informed as soon as we hear more!

Our non-profit organization has a nature connection mission and we are always playing outdoors! This is our favorite sunscreen, hands down. We spend hours of playing, crafting, climbing, swimming, or adventuring outside but never leave our headquarters without AllGood sunscreen. Reef safe is very important to us as well as buying in bulk to reduce the use of plastic. We recommend it to all of the families in our community. Good work!

Question
Ruth –
Is the sport sunscreen OK to use for face or is the facial sunscreen needed? What is the difference?

Hey Ruth,
Our Sport Sunscreen is absolutely fine to use on the face! I personally like to use our facial sunscreen because I enjoy the lightweight, non-greasy feel it has. If you don’t mind a bit heavier formulation the Sport Sunscreen will do the job nicely for you.
I hope that helps answer your question.
All the best,
Alaya

Question
Kimiko –
I love your sunscreen, and love the idea of this large bottle for less waste, but how far out is the expiry date, i.e., how long does my family have to get through the bottle?

Hi Kimiko,
So glad to hear you’re a fan of our sunscreen 🙂
Our sunscreen lotion has a two-year shelf life from the date of manufacture. Once you’ve opened the sunscreen lotion, it has an eight-month shelf life. We have many production runs throughout the year, so knowing the exact expiry dates on products is conditional. We do our best to provide products that have an expiration date of at least a year out.
